Expertise: young people. Trying to reach a youth audience? Give me a call.
I've reached several thousand young people across the country, and have experience running 10,000 student surveys. I know how to get you the feedback you need if you are marketing an ed/tech product in particular.
I speak regularly about philanthropy and community leadership. I have consulted for large corporations on corporate citizenship and previously co-chaired a national CSR program advisory panel.
I have worked in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, and collaborated with stakeholders and organized partnerships between them. Let me know what your goals are, and I may have insights on how to create a cohesive and collaborative vision, and to organize teams and strategies.
It was a pleasure to speak with Jaxson. He quickly grasped my concept and validated it's value, offered clear and decisive next steps to help me steer my project towards today's youth and offered to connect me with others that could help me along. I couldn't ask for better. Hats off to you Sir.
Jaxson is one of the most outgoing people I had the privilege to study with. He always gives his best and makes numerous positive contributions both in the classroom and beyond. He is responsible and completes task fully with outstanding work habits.
Outside of work Jaxson is a person you always are happy to be with. Kind, caring and trustworthy is just a few words to describe him. He is extremely respectful and a definite asset to any team with his spectacular teamwork skill. Although he already as skills and talents only few his age can boast of, he is a quick learner and always willing to acquire something new.
I met Jaxson during his tenure as Operations Officer of the Ontario Student Trustees’ Association (OSTA-AECO) while a student trustee in 2010. I subsequently reported to Jaxson during his term as Chief Executive Officer of OSTA-AECO while I was Public Board Council President of the organization in 2012. Jaxson has proved himself countless times to be the most reliable and dedicated mentor, colleague, and friend that I have ever had. His blatant passion and constant pursuit for seeking ways to provide Canadian students with an equitable voice in their education inspires me and those around him to also create impact. He is a servant leader; someone who goes to extreme lengths to take initiative and to motivate those within his teams. Although greatly accomplished, Jaxson remains humble and approachable. He perpetually proves his ability to communicate direction on complex projects and also mediate conflict while under great pressures. Jaxson manages teams of high-achieving student leaders, co-founded and leads a national organization, and still balances time for his family and friends. Jaxson is someone with great integrity, an authentic soul, and an individual whom I consider to be one of my closest friends. I have learned a great deal from and with Jaxson, and I would be the first to recommend him for any position or accolade.
Mr. Jaxson T. Khan studied under me in his first-year of university, at the Bader International Study Centre of Queen's University in Hailsham, UK, though from his performance, I would not have known that my class was merely serving as his entrance into academia. The passion, dedication, and undeniable effort that he put into his studies was remarkable. As a student, he exemplified perseverance. He held a strong aptitude for critical thinking, and also demonstrated immense conscientiousness in his research. From the community interviews he conducted to the in-depth discussions he sought with me, Jaxson continually strived to synthesize his findings into something greater, and connect it with the world around him. I also know that his community involvement – such as being our elected student council president at the BISC – is nothing short of extraordinary, and even in the single year that I had him as a student in England, I can say with confidence that Jaxson will continue to make his mark wherever he goes, whether as a student in Canada, or as a leader around the world.

Jaxson is someone who will always make a difference in whatever role he is involved in. It is deeply ingrained in his life and persona to make a difference, and to do the very best he can in any role he is presented with. There is a deep inner drive in him to succeed and to excel that will always emerge and become that incredible force of change wherever he finds himself. I greatly recommend Jaxson... he will bring excellence, drive, and initiative wherever he is!
It was a pleasure to work with Jaxson during his tenure as OSTA-AECO CEO. Jaxson has a rare passion for the work he does and it is infectious to those on his team. I have witnessed Jaxson's hard work with OSTA-AECO on equity workshops, as a mentor for student leaders, and in his work advocating at the provincial level for mental health causes. I am confident in Jaxson's abilities both as a leader and a collaborative team member and know that he will continue to serve OSTA-AECO well as an alumni member.
It has been an honour working with Jaxson.
Jaxson is always well prepared, articulate and courteous; he has a great sense of humour, and a strong sense of responsibility; he is bright and engaging and engaged; he knows his stuff.
Jaxson will be a driving force in anything he chooses to do, and I have no hesitation in recommending him in the highest possible terms.
As a student trustee, Jaxson demonstrated outstanding leadership and he is a gifted speaker. I was impressed by his ability to grasp complex issues.
Jaxson was a Student Trustee who was focussed on ensuring that the voice of his constituency (students) was heard at the Board table. He did his research and presented it in a concise and articulate manner, providing clarification when required.
He was well respected by the students and by the Student Council Presidents, by Board Administration and by the publically elected Trustees of the Board.
