I started my musical journey at a tender age of 2 and half years by taking an interest toward the Piano. By the time I was 6, I had reached a certain level of mastery, after which I was teaching myself how ti play the Guitar, Drums, Bass, Flute, Trumpet and many other instruments. By the time I was 9 years old, I was already enrolled to the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM). By the age of 14, I started teaching as a private tutor, all while playing in different bands throughout the year each specializing in very different styles/genres: From Punk-Rock to Heavy Metal, to 90’s-00’s Pop Classics and even Jazz-Funk.
This passion for music led me to realize that I could play well, but whenever I recorded my performances, they would sound terrible. This got me to research into Audio Production and I realized that Music & Audio are 2 sides of the same coin. I had mastered one side during my childhood. So I took my youth as an advantage and branched off into audio. I learned by myself (pre-YouTube) and started experimenting with recording & mixing techniques.
In a few years, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Audio Production and put a seal on my skill level on both sides of this metaphorical coin. At this point, I was already freelancing in that city and producing electronic music(everything from Dubstep-DnB to Trap and even Techno; my current specialty). I worked as an audio engineer at a film company, while simultaneously working in the live events scene as a live engineer.
About 6-7 years into this audio journey, Apple Inc. hired me as a Sr. Trainer (Technical Advisor) and a Creative Professional(for the then-undisclosed Today At Apple training programs). I was their GarageBand and Logic Pro specialist. During my time there, I received my certification as an Apple Certified Pro and continued my journey back to my county of birth a few years later. I now continue to work as a Freelance Audio Engineer & Music Production consultant, and despite all the experience, my strongest skill is to find creative solutions to any problem, which is why I’m offering not only my creative problem-solving mindset & skills, but also a fun personality with a professional level of service.
