Jason and the Pareto team have a deep knowledge of user-centered design and user experience architecture. They did an excellent job of rapidly familiarizing themselves with the business, engaging stakeholders and gathering detailed requirements for a major site re-design project. Throughout the engagement, Jason and team were consummate professionals and their proposed solutions and associated documentation were always detailed and well articulated. It is exceedingly difficult to find user experience professionals with an immersive understanding of user-centered design, and who can also champion it without alienating the various stakeholders. They certainly remain consistently focused on the user's needs being the focus of any proposed solution. I would hire Jason and the Pareto team again without hesitation.

Jason is a top notch IA and User Centred Design expert. I was always impressed with the quality and quantity of the work that he was able to accomplish. Jason developed some excellent methodologies for streamlining the IA processes at Fiver. He was also very open to suggestions and new ideas. Jason is one of the most resourceful fact finders of a users needs you will ever meet. We once worked on a product that required Jason to learn everything about a fantasy sports players needs for a game on a tight deadline. Not only did he get a wire frame built that solved every problem, but once we launched he became a player in our league just to understand the product and its users even further. Its always more rewarding to work with people that show a passion for what they do...even if the subject matter of the project is new to them.

Jason's drive to complete a project is contagious. He's dependable, easy to communicate with and handles pressure with a calming demeanor. His approach to his work is methodical in that he makes sure to take every precautionary step to ensure that everything is complete on time and demonstrates the highest of quality. If I was ever given an opportunity to work with Jason again I would jump at the chance.

Working with both Jason and Mark was a great experience. They both grabbed hold of my creative concept immediately for an interactive sitcom and provided a very astute and realistic strategy and direction - they helped me form a concise and accurate game plan that was intuitive and ultimately constructive.
