With his exceptionally versatile knowledge in SAP specially HCM, he has given some simple to understand and easily actionable practices that are a must and critical in the consulting world. Had some limited opportunities to work with Jarret while we were both assigned to the same IT group at Lilly. Jarret provided expert SAP configuration for the Employee Compensation Module implementation at Lilly. He helped develop, implement and support a global implementation across 70 countries by translating business requirements into usable tools. Given unique requirements, Jarret often networked with external colleagues to provide alternate implementation ideas / best practices.
