Getting Fit for Men Over 50

At the age of 52 I decided I wanted to get healthy. To me this means, lose weight, build muscle and eat clean to help prevent disease. I have been on my journey for 9 months now and have stopped eating meat, been lifting weights, riding bikes and just eating better. It is working for me. It takes dedication and vision to get there. If I can do it, anyone can. You just have to really want it and give it time. My goal is one year, then start from the new foundation to building more muscle.
