I have worked with James on numerous six sigma initiatives that have been completed at Valley Baptist Health System over the last few years. He has taken on projects where his knowledge of the area is limited but by the time the project has moved into the Improve phase, James understands the healthcare concepts, the issues at hand, and knows where to locate best practice information for the team.
When working with his teams he pushes the team to fully analyze the issue and develop the best solution. His change agent skills are excellent and he has used them with great outcomes on all of his projects. Most recently, I have been working with James on National Patient Safety Goals in designing measurement tools and gage r&rs. I would highly recommend James for a black belt position.
