Coming from lower middle class, i have completed my MBA with government college with minimum resources. After that managed job placement in highly leading bank, i have joined as fresher feels like aliens. After that i have improved my self Start leading in new initiative and become star in my expertise product, worked 3 year with organisation. I have got better opportunity in India's no 1 bank with leadership role and switch for that now i am handling team role and managing team issues. They facing in job personal life because for the better outcomes of resources.
