As a lecturer for PSU's Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism International Program, Jacob's impressive lecture classes (Communications, Yoga, Tai Chi) were always full with a waiting list for students wishing to join. He also worked tirelessly with the Dean, Dr. Sumas and other global academics to initiate the design of a Spa-Wellness concentration. When he left to work for a prominent Beach Resort Group we congratulated him about the new appointment.
