Jace Cucharale
Jace was a long term resident of Derry, New Hampshire for his young adult life, until moving to South Florida in the pursuit of a gainful career in the real estate industry. Jace currently holds the role as Acquisition Specialist at Certified Capital, LLC, which is an expansive company focusing on asset backed securities and portfolio workouts. He facilitates the transaction of large scale acquisitions of non-performing loans by building strong relationships with institutional lenders. By creating solid infrastructure and innovative methods of borrower workouts, Jace perpetuates the steady acquirement of non-performing debt. His past history as a paralegal at Aldridge and Connors, LLP gives him the ability to create unique methods of pursing debt collection in the legal sector. Jace started his investment career at Duxplore, Inc. as Project Manager. By strengthening relationships with private lenders, brokers, real estate agents, asset managers, and venture capitalists, he has built a repertoire of contacts that fast track the acquisition process. He was responsible for the oversight of investment ventures, drafting legal documents, running due diligence on all incoming portfolios, client correspondence, company accounting, and asset management. Jace attended Keiser University, majoring in Pre-Law and focused on relative fields such as Torts, Criminal Law, Contracts, Real Property Law, Civil Law, Wills Trusts and Estates and Family Law. He is the active Treasurer of A Better Way of Life Foundation which is a non-profit organization that helps the elderly who no longer have the ability to care for themselves. He implemented systems to provide services such as lawn mowing, home maintenance, laundry, grocery shopping, facilitating transportation, etc. Jace believes in becoming successful by helping others achieve success and providing services for the betterment of humanity. By participating and being a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Jace leverages his knowledge in the mortgage industry by implementing proprietary systems that propel his ventures to rapid financial growth.
