I recently booked Ja-Nae to present to a local networking group, and the event was a resounding success. Ja-Nae led an interactive discussion about Creativity – specifically how folks can identify behaviors / factors that promote and inhibit creativity, and how to use them to refine problem-solving, listening, decision-making, and teamwork skills. Interspersing a small-group activity with descriptions of her own experiences and beliefs, Ja-Nae was able to generate an engaged and enthusiastic response, and thoughtful participation by all attendees. Ja-Nae was an intelligent, energetic, and effective speaker and facilitator, and I recommend her highly.

Speakers at conferences usually focus in delivering the information that they forget to engage with their audience. Great speakers should be able to help the audience to "understand" and "remember" what they had learned.
Ja-Naé is one of very few gifted speakers I have met who was able to articulate the discussion succinctly yet in a memorable way. She truly understands the concept of bridging the gap between the social media and business growth which is the fundamental concept many speakers fail to address.
