I'll explain SEO in layman's terms, you'll learn EXACTLY how to rank in Google.
I'll show you EXACTLY HOW to rank in Google... in layman's terms.
always save the original profile as a backup.
that said, this is an easy problem to solve. you just need to use this line of code above the "trackpageview" line....
here's an easy tool to help http://gaconfig.com/one-domain-with-subdomains/
here's more details for your developer https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/gajs/gaTrackingSite
god business development trumps link building every time. focus on getting links from places that will send you qualified traffic (leads), and ignore your competitor until you're doing that better than anyone else.
Create a coupon code for 100% off, share it with your network and offer them free consulting up to 15 minutes for the next 10 days. This will get you some reviews and hopefully some referrals :)
Google says you need "4-12 months" here (video @ 1:27)...
Double your price, and offer a 50% discount + a commission structure (paid regularly, NOT at the "end of a project")... if they sign a 12 month contract so you can do your job properly & according to Google's recommendation.
Ask your customers :)
Specifics milestone points will depend upon budget, level of competition, and starting point. But if the budget is being allocated properly, you should expect the following. If you want an outside person to review things and such, let me know (email@example.com)
- published content about your target keywords
- more websites linking to that published content
- more website visitors from those links
- more sales from those visitors
- from referrals from those sales
Ask smart questions they've never heard before. This causes anyone to think good of you and it interrupts their daily autopilot mode and forces them to think and then have a unique interaction with you. Overtime, this method can establish an authentic relationship which should be your goal with customers and business friends alike. Even better, create a string of unique questions that cause them to view your pitch for themselves the same way you view it for them. As for contacting one vs many, that's a trial and error question. Start by asking for feedback on your questions to the group (and be transparent about your intentions) because the interested people will help you "close" them... and then use the finished product to pitch the next most interested people in the group (perhaps people that are posting things related to your pitch).. and then finally, you can pitch all else remaining. Make sense?
#1. Specialize in just 1 (at first) service that is teachable
#2. Create a specific, repeatable process
#3. Incentivise people to make sales while your fulfill orders (or vice versa)
#4. Read Built to sell...
Proactive BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT outreach, hands down, no questions about it, period, full-stop.
One-to-many leverages your time and resources the absolute most you possibly can... especially as you begin to master the process for your specific niche.
Question #1: WHO do your prospects already trust?
Question #2: WHY would they promote you?
Question #3 (since I'm an SEO guy at heart): HOW can you get them to link to your website?
#1 => You/ your family live healthy.
#2 => Time spent excited about goals > time spent stressed about money
#3 => You have a mathematical calculation proving your goals will be met by the year they need to be (house, retirement, etc).
#3.5 => Find peace within yourself for executing opportunities that meet your goals. Just as our ancestors have had to do for thousands of years and who were no less valuable or even less happy just because they had to farm/ make barrels/ etc.
#1. Record your next sales call.
#2. Put that copy on the landing page.
#3. Add in all the objections you have to overcome before completing a sale.
#4. Remove any barriers like too high of a price, too complicated to sign up, too long to wait for a reply, etc. (you can add each one back later like increasing prices, so you know it's effects on sales).
#5. Promote the page to specific groups that are most likely to purchase.
#6. Hire me, I'll help you do it :)
