Bob Gower is passionate about developing great organizations that change the world. An author, speaker, and consultant, Bob spent more than 15 years leading complex, creative projects across myriad sectors. Bob was Director of Design and Production at the SF Examiner and later worked on early digital presences for MSNBC, Elance, Newsweek, Discovery, and many other properties. After receiving his MBA in Sustainable Management from the Presidio Graduate School, Bob managed products for Silicon Valley startups, including MaestroConference and Genius Inc. He’s currently an Agile Coach for Rally Software, where he specializes in enterprise-level Agile transformations. He's worked with Kaiser Permanente, Ford, Travelers, eBay and many other organizations. Bob is the author of the bestselling book "Agile Business: A Leader’s Guide to Harnessing Complexity" (available on Amazon.com) and maintains a popular blog at bobgower.com, where he writes regularly on building better workplaces, leadership, Agile, and systems theory. Bob's writing has been featured on PandoDaily, Productive Flourishing and several other publications. When not traveling, Bob lives in New York City.

Caroline Gordon has built and led successful product development teams for almost 20 years. Her skills have been utilised by boutique companies through to national and international corporations in fields as varied as manufacturing, health products, smart cards and EFTPOS technologies, digital entertainment and telecommunications. Caroline is an expert in developing highly capable engineering teams. Caroline's teams are renowned for bringing cutting edge products to market within tight timeframes in highly competitive marketplaces. Starting in hardware development and embedded systems, more recently Caroline has broadened her experience through management of development teams in digital entertainment in the gambling and casino industries and telecommunications sector. Caroline has worked closely with partner enterprise customers across several sectors. She thrives on the product inception and collaboration phases and her projects are typified by the synthesis of complex programs of work into clear concise roadmaps. She has led international distributed teams. Her skills and expertise in product development have naturally led to an interest in Startups and Entrepreneurship, Caroline has worked at startups, founded a startup and been a mentor at InnovyzStart, a startup incubator program in Adelaide. She presented at the Agile Australia conference in 2013 on the topic of “Lean Startup for Project Managers”. She has a double degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Sydney.
