Since response time is so important, we created text message alerts to give you instant status updates of call requests to experts. When you have your SMS notifications set to your mobile phone number, you'll receive a text message with a conference line phone number and access code that you and the expert will call into at your confirmed date and time.
You can manage notifications or disable them altogether (without removing your verified phone number from your account) by going to Account > Settings > Notifications.
What about cost?
Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages received, so it's best to contact your wireless provider to confirm.
