It's totally cliche, but true - a picture says a thousand words. Having a picture on your profile helps us match a face to that great profile you've built. Plus we want to see that bright smile of yours :)
By signing up with your Facebook or LinkedIn accounts, we automatically insert your current picture. But, you do have the ability to change it. To change or add a profile photo, go to your Account > Edit Profile > Profile Photo.
