Experience and track record accrued for 10+ years in:
● National and international fundraising: Deal flow generation, assessment, negotiation and Due Diligence processes with investors – involved in 60+ deals (lead more than half) with a total of almost 50M€ invested; 8 fundraising from other investors with a total of almost 35M€; 32M€ LP fundraised).
● Early stage Companies’ management / interim management (CEO, CFO, and head of international operations roles):
o Lead or co-managed 10+ early stage companies’ senior teams to implement a fast growing strategy or to turn-around
o In 8 cases acted as interim manager/director (operational, financial, strategic or change management) by request either of the companies’ board of directors and/or the Shareholders;
o More than half of the companies I was involved experienced Sales CAGR 50%+; c.1/3 achieved profitability within 2-3 years and lead to exit opportunities allowing 3 digit IRR for shareholders.
● M&A experience: documentation and marketing materials, identification and engagement with potential buyers and negotiation of deals and manage until closing transactions – since 2010 lead 20+ M&A and fundraising processes (portfolio companies and Investment Funds).
● International operations and network – lead international operations (bizdev, sales, M&A and funding) in 2 continents (5 teams – 5 time-zones), with strong personal connections with corporations and investors.
