T-SQL is a powerful language and is used differently than other procedural programming languages.

I will share my experience and knowledge with you to level up your skills. Like a rolling stone you can do train your team mates, too and you (and the company as a whole) benefit to be more efficient. the employees and lead to a more efficient workflow.

I show you what's the right database object to solve the specific problem. This resumes into a more sustainable database with less maintenance. A good foundation is the base in database design and could perform your execution plans. With this in mind performance optimisation is more effective, too.

Since 2012 I'm a professional T-SQL developer and a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
