I have experience in Veteran peer support counseling, trauma support, victim advocacy and many years of providing support through crisis hotlines. I have a method of healing that has worked well for me, to remove toxic patterns, situations and blocks to success. When we begin to heal, possibilities are endless, but many do not know where to start and that is where I come in.
