I would love to share the experience I have gained through starting up people analytics/workforce planning teams within 3 different organizations. I have a passion for helping and teaching people new to (or scared of) analytics how to utilize the power of data in your people strategy. I have demonstrated experience in being able to show the ROI of talent management initiatives through data and outcomes that I would love to share with you.
I am passionate about helping others learn. I currently lead a learning and development focused on increasing digital technology skills. I also teach courses to adult learners, both in person and online. I would be happy to share my knowledge of learning and development in both the organizational and academic setting.
I am a huge believer in the power of continuous learning and education. I have two Bachelor's degrees and gained my Masters degree and my PhD while also working full time. I have experience both in a traditional academic setting and online/distance learning. I know how hard it can be to stay motivated, get advice on a project/assignment, or work through the nuances of academic requirements. I also teach an upper division course and am an executive board member at two highly regarded institutions. I would be happy to provide you support, advice and mentoring as you pursue your academic advancement.
I have years of experience creating talent management strategies connecting aspects of performance, assessment, hiring, development, organizational needs, capability/competency models, learning design and attrition. Including the development of HR talent management strategies and technology roadmaps to support the successful implementations where necessary.
I have experience in assessing multiple vendors of technology platforms.
