When Hatem left the company, his presence was sorely missed. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the programming languages we were using and, perhaps even more valuable, the ability to share it with others. He was an excellent mentor to me as I was an absolute newbie to Python. He was exceptionally patient, taking the time to not only show me how to solve the problem at hand but to also give me the background information to be able to solve the next one on my own. He was also the "go-to guy" whenever anyone on the team ran into a roadblock. I have worked with Hatem very closely while I was the chair of the building committee for this 6 million dollar community center. Hatem was a pivotal person in resolving all the technical requirements of this massive project. He was also responsible for hosting the information regarding project progress, contact information, community events, event pictures, and donation information (paypal and otherwise) for the project. He is a dedicated person and a talented programmer. His efforts late at night, on weekends, and on official holidays are appreciated by all.
