A Mechanical Engineering professional with more than12 years of work experience in construction (MEP) industry in India and middle east. Extensive experience in HVAC design and execution of various construction projects including high rise buildings, education establishments, shopping malls, stadiums, convention centres, town ships, facilities etc. Well versed in design of Fire protection and plumbing also. Completed Projects worth approximately $580 Million. Proficient in speciality systems like Thermal Energy Storage system, Underfloor cooling system, Data center Hot aisle/Cold aisle system, Energy recovery system, ETS Plant rooms, Compressed air system, FM 200 & Novec system, Foam system etc. Resolved difficult technical problems during site execution effectively without comprising quality
and project specifications. Graduated from Government Engineering college in Kerala, India.
