Setup of MVP and Key Metrics

As a guy who went across the entire cycle of a startup (TheGoneApp), from the begining designing the MVP, then generating traction and lot of users and then facing a market that wasn't suitable, pivoting several times until converting the startup to something else, I'm aware of all the practices to be done, the things to do and the things to avoid.

Currently working on an established company, but creating new products for it, as they were small spin-offs.
