Graciela has been very helpful in her support of our sales organization in the North America field organization. I’ve had the opportunity to work both directly and indirectly with Grace over the past 10+ years, watching her time and again deliver thought provoking, articulate and meaningful content. I have had the pleasure to both manage Grace and work with her as a colleague over the past 10 years at Siemens. Grace is always an asset to every team. She is passionate about what she does and always puts 150% into her projects. She is very focused on understanding the customer and what motivates them. Grace is methodical, detail oriented, goal-focused, and holds herself to incredibly high standards. She sets ambitious goals for herself, and if someone says that it's not possible, that motivates her even harder to prove that it is possible, and invariably she's right! Ever since I have known Grace, since our college days actually, I have been inspired by the determination and passion that she puts into everything that she does. Grace is a terrific person and I do not hesitate to recommend her.

I work as Grace's Global Marketing Intern, but she treats me like any other colleague at Siemens. She welcomes me as part of the team by assigning me projects that have real impact and value to the Global Marketing organization. She is quite the marketing professional, considering she came directly from a military background. She's a big-picture, out-of-the box kind of thinker and always finds time within her busy schedule to teach me mini-marketing lessons. She is also very approachable, which makes it very easy to come to her for any kind of help.

Grace also has a natural leadership ability, inside and outside of the office. When she isn't working, she's spending quality time with her family, scrapbooking, writing books, playing volleyball, networking, starting her own business, and attending conferences to further her marketing knowledge. Her dedication to her work and personal life is something I've always admired. Grace is not only my boss, but my mentor and inspiration. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to work for her and would recommend her remarkable character to any organization.
