I help organizations "Develop a Culture That Works." I work with CxOs of large organizations to deliver the Right Project the Right Way, to improve their Purpose, Performance and Profits. I also, help them to Grow their People and Passion to deliver a better Customer Experience.
I'm currently the President & CEO of Principles of Execution (PofE), a Strategic Project Portfolio Management and IT Governance consulting firm based in the Metro Washington, DC area. During the last 19 years I have worked as an IT Project Management consultant and earned the PMP, MCSE, MCTS, CQIA, COBIT Foundation, and ITIL foundation certifications. I have also acquired certifications in Project Management and Business Intelligence from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as an Executive Leadership Certification from Cornell University.
