I'm very pleased to have had the pleasure working with Geoffrey. He played an integral part when we worked on the conversion project in 2012. The conversion went smoothly if minimal manual effect required from the production team. It was a great success. Thanks to you Geoff.

Geoffrey lead the Toronto software development team for The FeedRoom. He demonstrated good project management skills, excellent technical skills and did a great job steering the team through a very difficult time.

Working for Geoffrey was both motivating and challenging. He has this amazing way of bringing out the best in people without coming out and asking for it. One thing that I respected most about him was the way, when he sees a gap in a point being made, he forms a very simple question for which the answer reflects the gap he sees. This was such an effective technique in face-to-face collaboration, I'm trying it for myself. I am quickly realizing however that it requires a mastery of the subject matter being discussed -- something he always possessed.
