Setting Up Warehouse Operations for E-Commerce B2C Fulfillment

I've set up three different warehouse operations in the past two years. The type of advice I have to offer is from the perspective of a young and eager entrepreneur with no previous experience in e-commerce or warehousing, suddenly thrust into a key position in operations of a budding online retailer in the startup world. I can share some key learnings as well as some thing you can expect in the early days of any e-commerce startup operation.
