Since the age of 18 I have been building sales organizations. I have made over 10,000 cold calls, done over 5,000 sales interviews, built sales organizations from zero to 100 and doubled sales for each company I have worked on. As a result I have developed some key programs to help organizations find the right talent, train them effectively and build a sales machine that enables them to hire 20 sales reps at a time. All of the experience I have gained is from building my own companies and everything that I teach comes from my actual mistakes and successes on the front lines of fast growing startups.
