I worked directly with Fred following Whitehill Technologies' acquisition of BPM technology from Metaserver. Fred was very easy to work with, demonstrated broad technical knowledge and was quick to understand this complex technology. Most important, Fred is very skilled at mapping technology to business problems and finding simple ways to describe the business value to customers.

Fred is an unusual person being able to conceptualize a project or end result holistically as well as being able to zoom in on any details (and back out again). He is as comfortable communicating his ideas to Senior Management or Enterprise Architects as he is to operations. When he presents his creative ideas, they not only flow well, they also work well.
I have worked with Fred at both Whitehill and T4G. Fred is an out-of-box, can-do thinker. I always could throw the toughest scenario at Fred and rely on him for a timely, well-thought-out solution.
