In times of crisis, people reach for meaning. Meaning is strength. Our survival may depend on our seeking and finding it." Viktor E. Frankl
Are you dealing with a crisis right now? Did you experience a recent trauma or are you suffering from a long term case of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder?
Does your life feel out of control and chaotic? Are you at a loss on how to manage your problems?
Are you on the brink of a divorce? Did a close relative just die? Are you facing with serious health issues? Did you suffer emotional or physical abuse? Do you deal with a quarter-life or mid-life crisis?
Let me help you.
Who am I? What gives me the confidence that I can help you?
I am not a doctor or a psychologist. I am an economist, an entrepreneur, a family man, a father, an investor, a sports lover, a family constellations coach, a sympathizer of the Waldorf/Steiner pedagogy, a fan of Jordan Peterson.
I have lived and worked in over 15 countries (such as China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Belgium, France, Hungary,…) and I traveled in more than 50 countries (India, Nepal, Tibet, Myanmar, Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Belize, Sri Lanka, etc.. just to name some off the beaten track destinations).
This extensive international experience, dealing with so many people in so many countries, with different cultures, has given me a rich cultural exposure, which I consider to be very valuable.
I possess strong psychological assessment skills. I have extensive relevant experience in dealing with psychological crisis situations, helping myself and others. There are lot of things “I just know”. This knowledge became apparent to me throughout my life, starting from my early childhood.
For instance, I have the ability to know a persons’ personality even without having to meet him or her in person. I know how certain events will turn out. I can distill the overall story out of a puzzle of seemingly unrelated pieces of information. My intuition is very strong and precise. Knowledge just flows into me with ease.
This skillset has given me many successes in my life. It has allowed me to create abundance in good times. It has also allowed me to deal effectively with crisis situations, which are inevitable in every one’s life.
It is my ambition to make a positive contribution by using my skills for the good of others. I dedicate my time to help making other people’s lives better.
How does it practically work?
We will talk at least two times.
During the first discussion, I need to understand your life situation in sufficient detail. I must also understand you as a person, with your life purpose and your authentic values. I will listen carefully. I will steer the conversation and ask questions. This can usually be achieved in 60 to 90 minutes.
Then it is time for me to work offline and assess your situation. Within 24 hours I will contact you to organize our second call.
During this second discussion, together, we will determine the meaning of what you go through. We talk about a way or several ways forward, we focus on solutions. Tough decisions might be required.
If you would like, after the second call, we can stay in touch and I accompany you through the process.
There are lessons to be learned in every crisis, however heavy they may feel. Let me accompany you on your journey to discover the meaning of the challenges you are facing. Your life is valuable enough to take the next step. I can help.
With care, Frederik
I speak English, Dutch, Spanish and French.
