Practical Approach to Improving Employee Engagement.

During the two years that I worked with Frazer, I was impressed with his high levels of professionalism and focus in changing and improving the systems and processes that we used. Frazer took a strategic approach that provided the overall vision, but he also had the ability to communicate with and involve all levels of employees in an engaging manner. Frazer worked closely with all the senior team and his strong overall knowledge of businesses with a sense of humour, ensured he was an invaluable member of that senior team. The outcome of Frazer’s work saw a more engaged team who helped in delivering improved commercial results, as well as generating positive PR, and positioning the company as a strong contender by its competitors. I worked alongside Frazer at ARAMARK for 2 years whilst I was Director of Healthcare responsible for the business development portfolio. During that time he demonstrated a great visionary ability, both in terms of strategic marketing approaches, but also in the development of internal and external brand and quality awareness. He almost single handedly introduced training programmes to the UK & Ireland and through this work drove P&L and qualitative improvements throughout the healthcare business. He subsequently supported much of the global business and achieved similar results. He would be an asset to any boardroom!
