I have worked on over 150 award-winning Television shows and Films for the last 8 years. I have won an award for mixing Foley, and got nominated for an Emmy and Golden Reel Awards.

I record Foley Artists every day for 8 hours and together we produce Footsteps sounds and Props that every actor on the show touches, handles, or walks on.
I have worked with more than 20 different Foley artists in Los Angeles during this time...and many different studios like Sony, WB, and other post-production facilities.
In the post-production sound world, the art of Foley has always been in the background and it has a very small community of talented people! Not many of them are wanting to teach and transfer their valuable information about how certain things are done, or what mic to use, what prop to use, or how to do something much faster than the industry norm known for 50 years. This is from both, Artists and the Mixers standpoint.
Because I have struggled and learned everything from a lot of different sources and life experiences, I like to help and pass it on to the upcoming younger enthusiasts that don't get a chance or are not given a chance to learn things the right way, or I should say, easier way.
I can give you helpful information, from how you can automate and optimize some of the workflows to be very fast when mixing foley and editing at the same time.
Editing and cueing techniques that are super fast and will help you mix faster and more accurately. I will give you real advice from real experience, not what you read or learn at the audio schools. The people you meet and work with are also another challenge in this category and you need to learn how to work any type of person in any studio at any time, in any mood.
