Flerida’s career has been predominantly in the field of real estate finance, having worked with several banking companies. Her expertise lie in cultivating conducive business relationships and partnerships, the analysis and management of budgets and cost controls alongside credit, debt, and risk assessments. Aligning these factors with an understanding of business objectives, she has developed and led efficient, productive and cooperative teams during her career. In her current role as a real estate developer she leads in the planning, funding and development of effective Public Private Partnerships and marketing models. Her extensive experience in Real Estate has positioned Flerida in spearheading major real estate development projects with a keen focus in economic development that is transformational. Her passion still includes coaching groups as well as one on one in the field of real estate investing. Her approach, her vision is truly transformative producer based real estate development. Effectuating economic development one person, one family, one neighbourhood at time which then changes that community landscape.

Giving her the focus of the big picture while still being able to identify the myriad of moving pieces that help realize the bigger picture. Flerida also commits time to charitable endeavours which include, holding current position as treasurer of Community Empowerment Network Inc. an organization which provides a safe place for adolescent youth to congregate and engage in activities to prepare them for the 21st century, keep them off the streets, off of gangs and drugs; Board member of the IDA for Delaware County, NY who’s goal is to enhance economic vitality throughout Delaware County. Board member of WilPau Foundation whose focus is Financial Literacy and Business development to impact communities nationally and internationally. In the past, acting as secretary of IADCE a non-profit organization that helps women starting small businesses, Board of Education Member of Stamford Central School and Board member of the Schoharie Chamber of Commerce.
