Being an intern in Flavio's department was a great experience. Not only did he push his employees to learn and thoroughly understand what they were doing, he was also enabling them by giving them a lot of responsibility and freedom in their work. His main quality as a head of the department was his ability to delegate tasks while setting clear objectives for his employees. Flavio is very quick minded and meetings with him goal oriented and effective. His technical knowledge was a benefit for the whole department and his casual attitude made for a good team spirit.

Flavio worked for Dust as an intern while he was finished his senior year at high school. We were amazed how fast he were successfully finishing different tasks. Assignments was from finding special scripting tools and writing automation scripts for testing to creation of a macro for MS Excel in 4 weeks. He did finish all tasks on time and more important documented all of his work.
