A Mentor and early activist of the Lean Startup Machine here in NYC, and with Eric Ries' Lean Startup being its latest incarnation, I've been studying and practicing the Lean Startup principles and methodologies for close to 20 years.

I bring different and actionable perspectives on Lean as I've seen, first hand, the movement spread and adapt to the industrial, corporate, and now startup worlds from its original roots in Japan (The Toyota Way, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, LEAN).

My goal is to help the early-stage startups I work with today realize when Lean is and isn't appropriate and gain maximum benefit from applying it correctly, when it is.

I'm an ITIL certified practitioner with 10 years experience designing, managing, and re-engineering enterprise systems from in terms of technology, process, policies, and procedures. As a software developer and startup founder/CEO, advisor, and investor I also bring a unique perspective of agile practices, Lean methodologies, and cutting-edge technology. But, I understand internal corporate/institutional politics and corporate constraints, and can help you maximize your current investments and make the right choices going forward.
