Hi, I'm Ezequiel. I've spent almost 15 years working in Product, but these last few years I found my sweet spot in Agile Delivery and Product Operations; basically, helping teams organize how they work so they can actually ship and not just talk about shipping. I led the agile adoption at the software factory I work at, and delivering products for clients in different industries has taught me a lot about what actually works (and what doesn't) depending on context.
