Financial statement review allows you to draw insights on where you are spending the money in your company. Understanding trends in costs allows you to better manage expenses, catch unfavorable variances early, and better capitalize on favorable variances.
I have created and refined financial statements for companies of various sizes, industries, and multi-company structures. This review can range from understanding basic financials like a balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cashflow to curating specialty departmental or profit center reporting on operations. Usual analysis reviews are done on a horizontal (month over month, year over year) and vertical (same period comparison to sales) basis.
