Applying Lean Startup Methodology Effectively

I've been practicing lean in venture backed startups as an employee and consultant for the past 10 years including running product at KISSmetrics. I've also been a mentor at over a dozen Lean Startup Machines and spoken about customer development at 500 Startups, the Startup Leadership Program, and various product meetups .
