Evangeline holds a BA (Retailing, Merchandising, & Consumer Sciences) with University of Houston and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development from Chicago’s Loyola University.

She has spoken nationally on innovative management strategies, managing unpredictable change, employee engagement, High Performance Sales. She was the first to implemented her groundbreaking work, “Flow and Optimal Performance in the Workplace,” at Allstate Insurance Co.in Chicago in 1992. The work was subsequently published in Rediscovering the Soul of Business, The New Bottom Line, and Futures that Work business anthologies that included business gurus and futurist Charles Handy, Tom Peters and Ken Blanchard.
• Real Estate: Led a sales process improvement initiative of a national real estate firm. Company revenues grew by 35% within 12 months, assisting owners to achieve their exit strategy and sell their business.
• Corporate Services: Led a strategic planning initiative which resulted in a 20% increase in company profits for a national benefits firm and a more competent sales force.
• Manufacturing: Spearheaded the turnaround of a large manufacturing firm which was facing internal strife and union activity. Improved performance of executive team, sales and customer service, manufacturing line, and shipping/receiving. Results: (6 months) preferred industry provider, 60% productivity increase, waste-reduction from 10% to .2%, and employees did not join the union.
• Communications: Turned around a telecommunications company and increased revenues from 18M to 24M within 7 months, and revenues grew to 40M in 12 months and exceeded company goals for the year.
