As an agile practitioner since 2002, member of the agile alliance and signatory to the agile manifesto, agile development has become the de facto way I and my company work. Even with the biggest of our clients.

Even in my work in enterprise architecture, still get heavily involve in DevOps, Software Architecture, BDD, TDD, Client tests (Selenium/CoyPu) and consumer driven contracts. I can help you understand the smallest changes you can make to step up a gear, data driven retrospectives, discovering value, lean thinking, systemic optimisation as well as theory of constraints, systems thinking and knowledge acquisition. Companies looking to get into the agile space may not find my advice as valuable as companies who have been there a year or two, have implemented some good practises and are looking for their next level of improvement.
