He has advised consumer brand companies on all aspects of digital strategy, including influencers & social media, online communities, marketplaces, e-commerce, and consumer insights. Before his internet addiction fully took hold, he worked as a documentary filmmaker. Erik grew up in Chapel Hill, NC, graduated from Tulane University, and lives in Portland, OR.
