I've been meditating since 2003, on a daily basis since 2013 and I completed my first 10 day silent Vipassana retreat in 2016. I have been studying under an Advaita Vedanta instructor for almost a year and I since then I have been very fortunate to access the non-dual state that is at the base of all reality and experiences. I realize now that while we must engage life with skill and determination, our true nature is ever whole and free. This makes it easier to deal with the next disappointment down the road.
