I support burnt out remote workers, digital nomads, and expats who feel lost, disconnected, or emotionally tired while living abroad. If nomad life or remote work is starting to feel heavy, confusing, or isolating, you’re not alone.
I’ve lived and travelled extensively across multiple countries, including Rwanda, Colombia, Indonesia, and Nepal, and understand the emotional reality behind this lifestyle – the freedom, the excitement, the fatigue, and the quiet sense of disconnection that can build over time. This work comes from lived experience, not theory.
At the start of COVID, I was stranded in Nepal for six months during lockdowns and border closures. Experiencing that level of uncertainty and isolation far from home gave me a deep understanding of how destabilising life abroad can feel when your usual anchors disappear.
Our conversations are calm, grounded, and supportive. There’s no pressure to perform or have everything figured out – just space to slow down, talk openly, and untangle what’s been sitting in your head.
We focus on clarity, emotional grounding, and helping you regain a steadier sense of direction while living and working abroad. The aim is not to fix you, but to help you feel more anchored, clearer, and less alone in the process.
If things start to feel heavy again, you’re always welcome to get in touch.
