In 2009 after reading all the available materials and noticing that nobody knew what I had discovered about getting low CPCs for Facebook ads, I wrote a book on Facebook marketing.
After discovering the way to make great videos in a low cost way I started offering explainer videos to startups. Actually I just completed a book on that topic that I will soon publish. If you ask me, I will send it for free!
I grew IQElite.com to 3 million users only via viral marketing. Even before, already in 2006, I started writing articles about the subject and actually started a company that sold contact importers, used for viral marketing. We developed internal metrics to analyze viral marketing and studied literally hundreths of successful viral applications to figure out exactly how to become viral.
With 16 languages were my weakest point. With 22. I already spoke 6 languages fluently and had completed degress in 4 different languages!
Besides high level of intelligence and great organizational skills, Eike is excellent at motivating other people. Even when things go wrong, which is usual for the new start-ups, he is able to maintain the highest drive himself, as well as influence other teammates to keep solving problems and moving forward. He is probably most driven person I have worked with. Also, while working with Eike I learned the importance of being focused on the highest priority tasks in order to utilize resources productively.
Eike Post is very talented person. I think he is one of the most hard working person I ever met, but also he works intelligently. He is very creative, he generates a lot of ideas, he make decisions fast. Eike understands very quickly problems, and also he is very organized. Eike is also talented with speed of learning, what you can see on number of languages he knows. During 2 years, when we worked together, he was my mentor and I learned from him how to manage and execute.
Eike is an ideal team leader, co-founder and entrepreneur. While working at Fiscalio I worked in the same office as Eike, one other employee and one intern. The other employee, intern and me did not understand much about the tax planning. Eike however was always willing to give us more knowledge then we needed. So that I was able to learn many things from the work and from him. Many negative events happened but Eike never seemed to never have a bad day. He always remained positive and determined to succeed. It was his motivation that also motivated me.
Eike is a really focused, intelligent and driven entrepreneur willing to go the extra mile for his projects. His self-motivation and strategy abilities are clearly something special, which will ensure in success for all the various parties involved.
I had an opportunity to collaborate with him, which sadly did not work out due to unforeseen circumstances on my end. However, I look forward to working with him in the future!
Communication and work with Eike was extremely easy, that's one of the reasons why we could achieve our common goal within just a few weeks. Although we were located in different countries, our project was done like we were working at the same office.
