I have over 12 years of software development experience in the game industry.

I started in product at Disney and leading business intelligence teams at Geewa for a portfolio >1 million DAU.

For over >5 years I’ve been in product owner roles with P/L ownership, mostly with multiple concurrent projects, and throughout the product life cycle. In these leadership roles I’ve turned around an unprofitable global IP division, test-released dozens of games, and released globally games played by many tens of millions of players.

For the past year I've been consulting, mostly through Naavik, for large, established AAA gaming franchises on free to play market analysis, product strategy, and product analysis.

Mobile app user acquisition, adtech (DSP, SSP, attribution), marketing strategy & analysis, campaign strategy (ROAS, event optomized, playable ads) as well as ad monetization (integration, management, & technology (mediation)).
