I worked with David on a number of core software initiatives in GLG and found him to be a great asset to the company in terms of his professional capabilities and his contributions to the team. He emphasized high bandwidth communication and collaboration so that our products were delivered with the highest quality and value to our internal customers. He proactively sought to resolve ambiguities in our requirements and was very receptive to discussing technical difficulties in implementation. He would reach out to me to seek opinions on product specifications which not only let me know my opinions were valued but that I had a stake on the outcome of our work. I had the opportunity to do some really neat things that we put into the product as a result of this feedback loop.
