I had the opportunity to work with DJ on an important and difficult project. I found that his management style was fresh and his direct reports were loyal to him.
He was instrumental in making some necessary changes to modernize an older manufacturing facility.
I recommend DJ for any organization that needs a fair and firm leader that can think on his feet.

DJ has worked with the Engineering team closely on product and process development for our concentrated solar PV product. He has had amazing impacts on engineering functions and product realizations from conducting DFM, developing and evaluating mfg equipments, fixtures, toolings and designing and executing DOE for product and process improvements. Extensive Lean mfg knowledge and six sigma experience with excellent project facilitating skill. DJ understands the operations, mfg as well as the test requirements for PV or PVT Solar products.
