Dipankar is very creative and was great at rapid prototyping, delivering features and troubleshooting issues. During the time we worked together, he had lots of great ideas, and took them from concept to reality.

He is analytically strong and has a very pragmatic approach to solving problems. We could always rely on him to get the job done! Needless to say, his rich experience in the Internet space makes him a very valuable engineering leader.

Dipankar had played a pivotal role in the technology architecture and optimizing the technology stack for performance and scalability. His in depth knowledge and expertise in the area of Web Technology Architecture has helped the organization reduce rework and save time and cost . His advise on formulating the architecture for NO SQL based solution on the project is commendable. His intelligence and ability to put together appropriate stack of technologies for the business requirements or in other words choosing the right technology mix for the BEST solution is excellent. It was a pleasure and a learning experience to have known and worked with Dipankar.

The Composed demeanour on the outside is only a Facade which hides the sharp intellect that is Dipankar.

Dipankar was one of the most successful and talked-about interns at Oracle. Joining along with his friend at IIT, Dipankar did a fantastic job during his internship at Oracle. His manager and other seniors were too impressed about his commitment at work and that fetched him an offer from Oracle. Since he couldn't take up the job due to other plans, he handled the situation well while communicating his decision appropriately. I am sure Dipankar will see the highest success in his career not very far!

Dipankar as I know since our Slideshare days is a gifted engineer.
He is an engineer in the true sense who loves solving problems, the harder the better. But the moment you start taking him as just a nerd he baffles you with his insights into the business aspect of things(for he thinks a lot and a lot deeper than most). Great guy to work with and one of the few who know what they are doing.
