Professional Standing:
Dinesh is Commerce Graduate from Pillai’s College of Commerce affiliated to University of Mumbai and Fellow
member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
In 2009 he founded D R K & Associates, Chartered Accountancy firm, progressed to be Partnership firm in 2013.
Presently, heads FRAS & Consulting Practice of the firm. Dinesh is passionate about building successful and
sustainable businesses and strongly believes in service being a differentiator.
Besides he is passionate teacher and taught students of CA Final, CS, CMA and MBA Examination in Western and
South India. He also acts as trainer of Ind AS & IFRS for Senior Executives of MNCs in India, Chartered
Accountants, CFOs. Dinesh recently has been empanelled as Technical Reviewer with FRRB of ICAI.
Relevant Work Experience:
Dinesh’s decade experience covers devising objective financial strategies and its implementation, advise on capital
structure including VC/VD/PE funding and M&A deals. On P&L management side he has handled performance
enhancement assignments, advisory on cost structures and pricing decisions.
On Corporate Governance front he handles assignments of IFRS/IND AS convergence of financial statements and
statutory audits. He had opined on reporting requirement of exceptional transactions as per global financial reporting
standards. In addition he regularly advises companies on Corporate Governance Laws & FEMA, Foreign Direct
Investment Transactions.
Dinesh has always gained the position of Virtual CFO of companies he is advising. Presently he actively advises to the Board of emerging companies from Cleaning Industry and e commerce, education sector.
