Didi Bethurum

Didi is a delight to work with, she's enthusiastic, wickedly smart, thoughtful and has a remarkable ability to keep countless balls in the air all while having a great time working! She's got a terrific can-do attitude and is a strong communicator. Lucky is the person who gets to be on Didi's team!

Didi is an extraordinarily tenacious worker, who never rests until it all gets done. She is responsive, strategic, innovative, and also a pleasure to work with - she has a wonderful sense of humor.

What is particularly wonderful about Didi is her focus on the goals of a project, and ensuring all digital strategies work to achieve them. She tests, adjusts, tests again, and then continually questions whether she is on the right track.

Didi is a forward-focused expert digital strategist. She has a keen understanding of the digital space and drove results on the Girl Rising project by efficiently managing several vendor stakeholders. I know this because I functioned as a vendor for this effort!

Didi's passion for the project is infectious. I actually made a point to attend a screening of the film in person, after working with Didi and other vendors to launch the 10x10 project's custom YouTube channel. I hope to collaborate with her again in the future.

Didi is everything you want in a project manager. She was my counterpart on the agency side of things, and she was truly a pleasure to work with everyday. She kept the schedule on track and always hinted at areas where it could be tweaked or finessed to get ahead of schedule when it was possible. Always professional, always courteous, I never felt like there was any blaming or micromanaging involved during any of the patches when times got tough. I would jump at the chance to work with Didi again.

Didi was an awesome manager. She provided necessary guidance while always being open to new ideas. While I always respected Didi, she never had an intimidating persona. It was the perfect manager-subordinate relationship that I hope I will be able to have again! It will be difficult to find a job in which I have as great of a working relationship as I had with Didi. She was incredible and paved the way for me to become successful in my future endeavors.

Didi and I worked together during the launch of Windows Vista. I was responsible for the Worldwide Web launch and Didi's team was responsible for digital download distribution through Windows Marketplace. Didi's attention to detail and firm understanding of digital marketing best practices enabled the launch of Windows Vista to also include the first digital download of the product set. The sheer amount of cross-group organization, changing feature needs and breadth of requests was no small feat to manage and Didi did so with speed and a great sense of humor. By far the best program manager I had the opportunity to work with during this monumental launch and would highly recommend her.

Didi is an absolute joy to work with. I've had the honor to help her find several new employees and the experience has been one of the best I've had. She is efficient and knowledgeable. Driven by a strong work ethic, she knows what she wants and proves to be an incredible teammate and hiring manager. Didi has become a staple here at Involver. Her sense of humor and comradery makes her an amazing friend and employee.

I have worked with Didi for well over a year and I can not say enough good things about her. She brings a positive attitude to the office every day and a level of dedication that any employer would want to have on there team. Clients enjoy working with her and her other co-workers look up to her for leadership and direction. As a Customer Success Manager at Involver, I had the pleasure of working for Didi for many months. Didi is a pleasure to work with (and for) - always full of enthusiasm and positivity no matter what the situation. As the director of a new department, she has worked tirelessly to build out a great team that is successfully responsible for the on-going satisfaction and support of our customers.
