It was a pleasure working with Diana at Gather. She took over the management of several client accounts when one of our account managers left the company and did an excellent job at managing the client relationships and their programs on Gather. Diana has a lot of creative ideas, a positive attitude and a lot of energy. Any marketing organization would be lucky to have her.
Diana is one of the smartest marketers I've had the pleasure of working with. She eagerly jumps in to any problem solving opportunity, and is quick to dig into the data and get to the root of the issue. Diana has a wealth of expertise across the many different pieces of the marketing puzzle, having managed everything from landing page and email optimization to growing HubSpot's International segment. Her background of working directly with customers and solving for user experience gives Diana an extremely well-rounded mindset when it comes to solving for both revenue growth and customer delight.
I can't stress enough how valuable Diana would be to any growing business. Her results-driven, GSD (get stuff done) attitude is second to none, and she will tackle any challenge she sets her mind to.
Diana is one of the most focused, organized, and effective marketers I know. In her time at HubSpot, she tackled a series of very different roles with very different goals, yet she was able to laser-focus on the metrics that mattered most and seamlessly execute on tactics to have a big impact.
On top of that, the quality of her content was hard to rival. She repeatedly wrote blog articles that would be top traffic- and lead-generators for HubSpot. She created content with a purpose and ran thorough experiments to consistently increase the results of her efforts.
Diana is an all-around great inbound marketer - she can do everything from content creation to landing page optimization to email nurturing - who can both build and optimize marketing programs for greater results and efficiencies. I can't wait to see how she puts her valuable skills to use in her future roles.
Diana has held a few different positions during our time working together. I've seen her prowess as a consultant, in UX, and in marketing -- working to grow our International program and launch our first office in Dublin, as well as leading email, landing pages, and other critical conversion strategies. What's noteworthy about Diana, though, is that she self-educates and displays skills that go above and beyond her job description. For instance, I learned that Diana is a gifted designer; a fantastic writer; and designs remarkable marketing experiments that help us hit our goals each month. I've admired her diligence, attention to detail, thoroughness, and innovation in my time working with her. I'll miss having her on our team and her absence will be noticed -- but I really look forward to seeing her bring her talents to her next role.
It has been such a great experience working with Diana on the Marketing Conversions Team. Since I joined the team last October, Diana has always been patient and supportive with me during training. Diana is kind and a fantastic colleague to work with who always pushes those around her to think outside the box. She has been a great leader and has led our team to develop strategies that ensure high conversion rates for our landing pages.
Diana is one of the most motivated and hard-working people I know, and I admire her passion for what she does. Diana consistently delivers high quality results that significantly impact HubSpot’s conversion numbers. She has been a role model to me, someone I can look up to as I begin my own career. Diana is also very highly respected among her colleagues and other HubSpotters who know her and are familiar with her work and work ethic. She really embodies what it means to be a remarkable employee at HubSpot.
Diana has impacted and transformed my experience working at HubSpot, and I really hope that I have the chance to work with her again in the future!
Diana was a trailblazing marketer and I constantly looked up to her while working on her team. She took on the tremendous responsibility of managing the then-new international marketing segment, and much of our future success were dependent on the solid foundation she constructed. For example, she created sophisticated email automation pipelines to help qualify leads for our international sales team, and as the first marketers on the team to achieve tremendous success with this automation function, she was constantly invited to help other segments do the same. She was one of the most organized people I've ever met, with a knack for data visualization... her reports and presentations were always complimented during marketing team meetings.
As a marketer, she was forward looking and consciously made sure that her efforts were scalable, which was extremely important in a brand new segment that had little structure. During my time working for her, I watched her manage the insanely stressful launch of HubSpot's Dublin office with grace, and juggled her responsibilities of managing the U.S. segment as well as presenting at countless conferences abroad seamlessly... Sometimes I honestly don't know how she did it all! Thanks to her leadership, the international segment always surpassed its monthly goals, but she never stopped seeking out new strategies to improve performance even more. During the span of my internship, I witnessed how she led a new, unstructured, and often times short-handed marketing segment to success, and am so thankful for that learning opportunity. It goes without saying that Diana was a tremendously hard [but also smart] worker, with superior leadership capabilities.
Diana and I were classmates at Boston University when we worked together as Brand Representatives for Microsoft. Diana has a clear understanding of advertising and marketing. She relates well to her peers, actively engaging them in the product or idea. Diana also has an eye for detail, and she works hard to establish quality in all aspects of her work.
Diana worked at Goodspot as a Design Intern. I noticed early on her animation and design skills were unusually advanced for an intern. Later, Diana worked on a special shoot for the film Superhero. She impressed me with her resourcefulness when she asked three of her friends to work as set interns. Diana has a good plan for the future and should do well in her career.
Diana is very hard working, smart, sharp, detail oriented, articulate, organized and dependable. Working with her has been a wonderful experience.
Diana is one of the most talented, organized, and dedicated professionals I know. During our time she had to manage the gargantuan task of coordinating the expansion of our company to our first overseas office (with all the marketing, PR, and operational headaches that brings with it) while simultaneously managing a sales team here in the US and managing one of the largest segments of HubSpot's entire marketing database. Her ability to stay organized and calm with that amount of stress was impressive, to say the least.
Her analytical ability to coolly and dispassionately make decisions about HubSpot's international expansion based on data and experience are invaluable to us expanding overseas in a smart, scalable, sustainable way.
Her teamwork ethic is fantastic as well. Frequently, our CMO would send our senior marketing team feedback like "Why don't your reports look like Diana's?" Not just because of her skills with powerpoint and reporting, but because she knew how to visualize the data in such a way that made the meetings extremely effective and efficient uses of the participant's time. We've often taken advantage of her skills to help us create templates to make our reports better and learned a great deal from her marketing methodology as well.
I'd strongly recommend Diana if you're considering working with her in any capacity.
Diana is very easy to work with and really puts herself in the customers situation. She is very creative, sincere and her enthusiasm is infectious. I have met loads of marketeers and she is by far the best we have worked with.
