Hao is an amazingly detailed individual who never hesitated to tackle unusual bugs / feature requests and always had knowhow to complete them quickly. He was our rock at 3DVIA, any team is lucky to have him as a resource.

Hao is the consummate professional, while also being the easiest possible person to work with. He always seems to get the toughest technical nuts to crack and then simply gets the job done. Hao listens intently, asks probing questions, gives it deep consideration and then provides meaningful feedback, suggestions, and solutions in a timely manner - no matter what the problem may be - professional or personal.Hao maintains this thorough approach whether the problem needs to be solved in a reasonable time or whether your hair is on fire and he has the water! Hao worked with me to develop SharedSchool which enabled K-12 teachers to share lesson content. A correlation engine helped to correlate similar state standards across the country so that a lesson from one state could be easily found and leveraged by a teacher from another state. Hao built many of the features including an algorithm for acknowledging users who created great lessons. Hao is great to work with. He is an excellent web developer and out of the box thinker. I hope to work with him again.

Hao has done an excellent job at being flexible, solution oriented, and patient with all that has been thrown at him on a recent project. My past experiences with developers has left me dealing with buggy code on a consistent basis. This has not happened with Hao. If there is an issue that pops up it is rare and quickly rectified.

I had the pleasure of working with Hao at Gotuit. He is one of the best web developers I know. During my work with Hao, we would have to QA all aspects of a new site being launched. What was great about Hao (and why I came to rely on him so much) was that he could take the most vague of problems, and fix them. Hao is a results-driven individual, who works well with others, does a great job mining requirements, and developing solutions to meet consumer needs. He has designed some very creative web solutions for multiple customers, and implemented that creativity in a modified manner by assisting us with creating a website to support production operations and services.
